Joseph Mahler/Mooney is a 30 year veteran actor, director and teacher (having served in one or more of those capacities in 100+ stage productions). He has also been employed in soap opera, film, television commercials and radio for the major networks, as well as the BBC London. He is a classically trained Shakespearean actor who has acted in, directed for and produced off-Broadway’s Riverside Shakespeare in the Park summer series, and was director/performance script editor for the Hampton Roads Shakespeare Festival in Virginia.
Mr. Mooney interprets many literary figures, including Shakespeare, Edgar Allan Poe and Charles Dickens. |

Marcia Wager Finger has been performing for the Williamsburg Foundation for the past 10 years. Her live performance work included story telling, pageant direction, and contextualist work. Mrs. Finger is a specialist in historic re-enactment, having interpreted many characters live at Williamsburg and in Electronic Field trips aired by PBS. She has presented for Conference and Elderhostel Groups on topics which range from 18th Century Women’s Issues, Seeds of the Revolution, Religion and Enlightenment to manners, deportment, housewifery and tea lessons.
She is an award-winning storyteller, and has been an actor for 35 years with credits on the New York stage and TV. |
